In its endeavours to reform the Power Sector in a scientific manner, the APERC commissions detailed surveys and studies from time to time on an 'as and when needed' basis.- March, 2003: Central Electricity Authority submits its report after carrying out a comprehensive study and analysis of the forecasted demand for power to be adopted for the power procurement plan of Andhra Pradesh.
