The Commission also directs that the surplus, if any, arising out of the FSA amount already levied and collected for this period that is now leviable as per this Order is refundable to the respective consumers by adjustment in future CC bills.

However such adjustment may await the decision of the Commission in respect of the claim for the energy from Srisailam Left Bank Power House.

The Commission also directs that the surplus, if any, arising out of the FSA amount already levied and collected for this period that now leviable as per this Order may kept in a non-drawal bank account under intimation to the Commission till the Commission makes necessary adjustments.
