This appeal coming on for canciliation on 30-12-2005 in the presence of representative of respondents and appellant, the Vidyut Ombudsman issued the following:

O R D E R

The representatives of the appellant, having recognized the substantial reliefs ordered by the FORUM of SPDCL in favour of the petitioner in its order dated 31-10-2005 in CG No. 24/2005, offered to withdraw the appeal in the presence of the representative of the respondent and accordingly the authorised signatory of the appellant submitted a letter dated 30-12-2005 to the undersigned confirming the same. A copy of the said letter is enclosed to this order.

In view of the above, the appeal No.4 of 2005 is treated as withdrawn and the matter is closed.
