APERC has a well-stocked library. The Commission has subscribed to a number of News Papers, Magazines, Journals, Periodicals and E-Zines. The Commission has over 1500 books and periodicals.Research: The Commission encourages Research in Power Sector. To this end, whenever researchers approach the Commission, permission is liberally given to access the Commission's Library and other resources and data to encourage a thorough study of the chosen topics, which have a bearing on regulating Electricity Industry in India.
