- 09.11.2011: During the public hearing on FSA claims filed by DISCOMs, the Commission ordered that the filings made by the DISCOMs shall be made available directly to the public from the website of the Commission. Accordingly the same are being made now available. Kindly look at the section titled "FSA Public Hearings" on the right menu bar. The FSA claims filed by the DISCOMs on 25th and 26th of August, 2011 as well as the additional information submitted by them to the Commission subsequently are made available.
- 31.10.2011: During the public hearing held today, on persistent demand from the objectors that the FSA proposals (for FYs 2008-09 & 2009-10 submitted by the Discoms be made available on the Commission's website directly instead of being as a link to the websites of Discoms, the Commission directed that scanned copies of the FSA proposals as received in the office of the Commission shall be made available for direct download from the website of the Commission.Accordingly,the same are now being made available here.These proposals were received in the Commission's office on 25th August,2011.
Note: In view of the Commission's order on 09.11.2011 during the public hearing, and to facilitate easier and faster downloads, electronic versions of the FSA cliams and additional information submitted by the DISCOMs is made available through a separate section on the right menu bar. Hence download / view of the scanned copies of the FSA claims is disabled. - 19.10.2011: Commission issues press release clarifying that requests for providing certified copies of the FSA proposals filed by the Discoms for FYs 2008-09 & 2009-10 as a precondition for filing comments/objections on them cannot be entertained as the same are already available in public domain i.e., on the websites of the DISCOMS and the Commission website. - 17.09.2011: Information to public inviting comments / objections on the FSA filings made by the DISCOMs on or before 28.09.2011 in view of the Public Hearing scheduled on 29.09.2011. View.
